Catalog description

This course will provide a grounding in the legal and policy frames that govern the use and practice of offensive cyber operations, both for state and non-state actors in a law enforcement and military context. It will explore issues and challenges related to third parties who wish to engage in "hack back". It will also unpack some of the common analogies and tropes around offensive cyber operations.
