Catalog description

This course empowers students to lead innovation with precision, creativity, and strategic insight. Students will master the Innovation Flywheel, a signature framework that links data, insight, and action to uncover high-leverage innovation pathways. The course blends systems thinking, human-centered design, and human-machine interaction principles with hands-on experience in GenAI and no-code platforms. Students will build a portfolio of AI-powered solutions, gaining fluency in the tools reshaping industries. Through team-based projects and real-world applications, students develop the mindset and skillset to lead innovation - from startups to enterprise transformation - pitch market-ready solutions and translate ideas into strategic impact.This course may use third-party course material that is not available for individual purchase from the publisher. If so, the third-party course material will be secured and provided by the Tepper School to students enrolled in the course, and students enrolled in the course will be required to pay to the University the associated additional course materials fee for the third-party course material provided. The amount of the course materials fee is dependent on the University's cost of the particular materials provided, and typically ranges from $13 to $75.
