Business Leadership Endeavor (BLE) III is the final segment of a transformative course sequence designed to refine essential soft skills and cultivate everyday leadership attributes. This course focuses on advanced interpersonal skills, conflict management, and influencing others. Through dynamic lectures, interactive discussions, experiential activities, and self-reflective exercises, students will integrate their leadership skills for practical application in diverse contexts. This course uses course material that requires students to pay an additional course fee. This course may use third-party course material that is not available for individual purchase from the publisher. If so, the third-party course material will be secured and provided by the Tepper School to students enrolled in the course, and students enrolled in the course will be required to pay to the University the associated additional course materials fee for the third-party course material provided. The amount of the course materials fee is dependent on the University's cost of the materials provided and typically ranges from $13 to $75. Prerequisites: 70-205 or 70-204
