Business Leadership Endeavor (BLE) II is the second segment of a comprehensive course sequence (BLE) designed to develop essential behavioral skills and traits for effective leadership. This course focuses on cultivating grit, resilience, and a growth mindset, essential for navigating challenges and achieving long-term goals. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks, experiential activities, and real-world applications, students will further refine their leadership abilities. This course uses course material that requires students to pay an additional course fee. This course may use third-party course material that is not available for individual purchase from the publisher. If so, the third-party course material will be secured and provided by the Tepper School to students enrolled in the course, and students enrolled in the course will be required to pay to the University the associated additional course materials fee for the third-party course material provided. The amount of the course materials fee is dependent on the University's cost of the materials provided and typically ranges from $13 to $75. Prerequisites: 70-104 or 70-105
