User Experience (UX) saturates the digital landscape, often acting as the pivotal determinant of user engagement with a product or service. Mastery of UX research is crucial for product managers, serving as the cornerstone for steering development efforts towards the attainment of cutting-edge user experiences. This course is geared towards providing understanding of the pivotal role of UX within the realm of product management, equipping students with the requisite arsenal of tools to research, obtain, and leverage UX insights for the development of products.
