Catalog description

This course, originally designed with music students in mind, is intended for those with little or no prior experience in music technology. In the 21st century, musicians must complement traditional performance skills with technological fluency, as composition, recording, and production now largely occur in digital environments. Through projects in notation, audio production, and video production, students will develop essential competencies in music technology, including file management and software installation, providing them with practical skills necessary for contemporary musical practice.
