Design and Production Skills: Vectorworks

Catalog description

This course introduces undergraduate and graduate level students to the fundamentals of computer aided design (CAD) drafting with a focus on Vectorworks software and its application in Entertainment Design. Through a combination of lectures, videos, hands on exercises, and projects, students will gain foundational skills in creating 2D and 3D models, drafting technical drawings, and visualizing designs for entertainment productions. Prerequisite: 54-231
