Catalog description

This is a laboratory-based class focused on teaching the fundamentals of performing electrochemical characterization on functional materials, along with making useful devices such as batteries, fuel cells, and electrolyzers. In the course of the class, students will both synthesize and characterize a range of materials, and the class will culminate in the completion of a device demonstration project
