Catalog description

This course consists of four parts. The first part provides a semi-technical overview of climate science. The second part explores many of the projected consequences of climate change, as well as those that are already occurring. Part 3 explores a wide variety of the technologies and strategies that can be used to reduce emissions of greenhouse gasses and thus minimize climate change. Finally, Part 4 briefly explores some issues of public policy and adapting to the inevitable climate change to which past human actions have already committed the planet.
