This semester of research consists primarily of research and preparation of an acceptable written thesis. Oral presentation and defense of the thesis research will be required. This course ordinarily will be taken in the graduating semester. Permission of the research advisor required. **Students MUST complete the application form in order to participate and amp; register. Students MUST review the requirements and deadlines in full located at https://www.cmu.edu/bio/research/ugr/rfc.html prior to applying.** The application link will be published on the website on the first day of class each semester.
