Catalog description

This is the first course that emphasizes the care of adults in a broad range of settings with the role of the nurse as a member of the healthcare team. It reinforces the role of critical thinking and the nursing process as a mechanism to synthesize knowledge. Prerequisite(s): NURS 310 Health Assessment, NURS 320 Fundamentals of Nursing Practice with Older Adults, and NURS 330 Concepts of Pathophysiology and Pharmacology I. When Offered: SPRING.
