This course covers advanced topics in the field of cryptography. Topics include concepts in algebra and number theory, pseudo-random number generation, public-key cryptosystems (RSA), discrete logarithm based cryptography (Elgamal), elliptic curve cryptosystems, digital signatures and theory for crypto-currency. Prerequisite(s): MATH 305 Lecture/Lab Lecture
