-3) A course that introduces participants to issues and competencies related to being an effective leader. The course is dedicated to educating students about their potential to lead and, hence, empower students to seek self-improvement. It provides students with a number of practical life skills useful in any day to day business or personal encounter. The course also focuses on the follower and presents ideas on how to influence people in a variety of situations. Prerequisite(s): No prerequisites.
