Catalog description

A hands-on, interactive introduction to Artificial Intelligence. Students will get a basic introduction to the building blocks and components of artificial intelligence and concepts like gradient descent algorithm, linear and logistic regression, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, reinforcement learning, neural networks, deep learning, etc. Students also learn how to apply learning algorithms to building smart applications such as text understanding, computer vision, medical informatics, audio, database mining, and other areas. Corequisite(s): Grade of “C” or higher in ENGR 460 When Offered: Spring semester at Main Campus
