Catalog description
This course introduces the principles and practices of data management withinpharmaceutical sciences and clinical research. Students will examine the lifecycle of clinicaldata, including collection, entry, validation, cleaning, coding, and archiving. Emphasis isplaced on regulatory requirements for data integrity, electronic data capture systems, andthe role of data management in supporting the quality and compliance of clinical trials.Students will apply industry standard practices to ensure data are accurate, complete, andaudit ready throughout the research process.
