Catalog description

A study of instrumentation used in chemical laboratories. Topics include instrumentation and theory associated with spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, chromatography, and electrochemistry. Instrument calibration methods as well as basic electronics and operational amplifiers are also discussed. Prerequisite(s): CHEM 215 and CHEM 227 . When Offered: (Spring).
