Basic Biology I

An introduction to biological chemistry, cell biology, energy relationships, reproduction, genetics, and evolution. The course functions, along with BIOL 113, as part of a two-semester series intended to cover the major fundamental principles of life. Three lecture and three laboratory hours each week.
