Catalog description

This course is designed to provide opportunities to learn and apply leadership skills learned in and out of the classroom. This course will focus on self-awareness, teamwork, and the ability to lead in both corporate and individual situations. In addition to skill enhancement, leadership concepts and styles will be discussed and applied through outdoor activities and challenges. Prerequisite(s): 24 hours completed; Peer Mentor application, interview and acceptance required.
