Catalog description

A general understanding of the use and connection of the body and mind as an expressive instrument. Through various theories and techniques to be introduced, a student will develop physically and mentally in strength, agility, flexibility, coordination, flow and balance. The stude nt will also be introduced to current movement theories used in actor training. Lecture 1 hour, laboratory 2 hours.
