Selected educational procedures and policies and/or activities for use in classrooms. Course may be repeated with different topics. May be repeated for a maximum of 4 hours credit. Lecture 1 -3 hours. 223 ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION IN SPECIAL EDUCATION 3 credit hours Psychological and educational diagnostic evaluation of exceptional learners. Study of assessment instruments: their construction, selection, administration, use in diagnosis and placement of exceptional individuals (ages 0-21).
