Catalog description

Introduces students to issues and competen cies that are central to a commissioned officer’s responsibilities. Establish framework for understanding officership, leadership and Army values followed and “life skills” such as physical fitness and time management. Participation in Leadership Lab and P hysical Fitness training is optional for “Non- Contracted” cadets (but highly encouraged); Mandatory for “Contracted” cadets.
