Practicum in Community Psychology.

Catalog description

Classroom and on-site experience in community psychology. Students will complete 60 hours of service learning experience related to their community organization with supervision by authorized persons at the organization. Students will also attend class meetings to discuss the application of concepts in community psychology to their service learning experience. Topics include: ethics, structure and capacity of community organizations, working with diverse populations, and professional relationships.
