With SBridgeI3 acting as a prerequisite for this course, Students will employ a transdisciplinary approach to further investigate social problems with their invention, gain more comprehensive STEM skills that translate to a functional protype of their invention, more in-depth qualitative methods geared towards community and market research around their invention in collaboration with classmates, mentors, and education fellows (inventors, makers, graduate students) that will help translate to a finish product that can be submitted to the United States Patent Trademark Office for a provisional patent.
