Catalog description

Changes to climate are affecting every aspect of our lives, our communities, our society, and our ecosystems. This course will explore the social-ecological processes related to climate change and explore the structural, technological, and behavioral approaches to addressing climate change. Students will investigate how individuals and communities can build resilience and proactively implement climate strategies to address local climate impacts. By the course's end, students will be able to identify climate solutions and develop recommendations for implementing local resilience strategies.
