Catalog description

This course explores the specialized area of curriculum and instructional design within the context of Deaf education. The focus is on selecting, critiquing, and implementing effective curricula tailored to the educational needs of Deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Through an exploration of evidence-based practices, behavioral management strategies, and pedagogical methods, candidates will gain the skills necessary to develop culturally and linguistically responsive curricula.
