Leads to the development of a Professional Level II Education Specialist Credential induction plan for the support and professional development of the teacher credential candidate as required by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. The candidate, the university advisor, and the employer's representative work together to plan course work, and provide individual assistance, and professional development opportunities to address individual performance goals.
