Lecture/discussion course focused on the principles and applications of mass spectrometry as an analytical technique. Topics will include ionization, mass analyzers, and detection, as well as tandem mass spectrometry techniques, specialized software applications, and data analysis approaches. This course is paired with CHEM 234 .
