Advanced Painting and Drawing, Experimental Studies.

Catalog description

Following student's work in Art 122B Advanced Painting, or Art 120 Advanced Drawing, this course will focus on investigation of experimental methods. Students will put into practice a range of experimental methods to the purpose of discovering new approaches to their medium, and new avenues for the articulation of content. Work will focus on a medium and subject matter of the student's choice. Pre-requisite: Art 120, Advanced Drawing; or Art 122B, Advanced Painting; or permission of the instructor.
