Catalog description

This clinical refresher course is designed to meet the needs of the student who is out of sequence in the Master of Science in Nursing clinical course at CSUB. This course is tailored to meet the requirements of the associated clinical course to facilitate the student's progression in the graduate nursing program. The student will review the application of beginning nurse practitioner skills in individual and family assessment, intervention, and management in primary care and community-based settings. One semester unit independent study. Offered on a credit/no credit basis.
