A seminar dealing with the relationships between philosophy, theory, research, and practice in nursing. An historical analysis of nursing's professional progress to its present theoretical state provides the background for analysis, discussion, and evaluation of different nursing theories. Included will be analysis of relevant mid-range theories form a wide range of disciplines.
