This course is designed to provide the student with a practical and theoretical understanding of workforce planning, specifically the staffing and selection process and workforce development. Topics include current legal issues, interviewing methods, assessment centers, integrity testing, personality testing, psychological tests, validation methods, planning, and cost evaluation, as well as workforce training and development needs.
