Senior Seminar in Mathematics for Prospective Teachers ((4))

Catalog description

Students in this capstone course will make presentations on, write papers about, and discuss solutions of mathematical problems grounded in secondary school mathematics education. The focus is mathematics as described in California's Common Core State Standards, Standards for Mathematical Practice, and Mathematics Framework with appropriate inclusion of pedagogical ideas.
