Catalog description

This course will provide students with information and skills necessary to understand biological, psychological, behavioral, and social influences of physical activity behavior. Students will examine, and critique behavior change theories. This course highlights practical tools and intervention techniques designed to promote behavior change and maintenance of physical activity and exercise behavior.
