Catalog description

This course examines the study of psychological and sociological factors as they relate to play, sport, physical activity, and fitness. The course is designed to promote an understanding of the concepts and applied principles of sport and exercise psychology and related psychosocial variables. Findings and principles from the sport and exercise psychology literature will be applied to sport and physical activity participants. Lecture/discussion.
