Catalog description

"Foundations of Functional Movement" is designed to give each individual student the first-hand, practical experience in strength & conditioning and health and fitness. The goal of this course is to equip each student with conceptual ownership in modern strength and conditioning approaches, cardiovascular fitness, sports vision training, proprioceptive training, sports psychology, and overall health and wellness. May be repeated up to a maximum of 8 units.
