Catalog description

This Introduction to Team Sports class is designed for students who enjoy high energy activities and who enjoy a variety of different sports. This class will place an emphasis on several different types of sports including basketball, flag football, ultimate Frisbee, soccer, softball, indoor volleyball, kickball, and sand volleyball. Students will be presented with the rules and regulations of each sport and have the opportunity to practice the skills to be successful at each sport. May be repeated up to a maximum of 8 units.
