Catalog description

This course will build on the previous semester's practice of peer consulting. In this course, you will read scholarly and practice-based articles, engage in discussions about the connections between writing and consulting, and complete a number of projects. This course will deal with the advanced study of theory and practice in writing center studies including diversity, multimodality, writing across the disciplines, embedded tutoring, and research writing. May be repeated up to a maximum of 9 units.
