Introduces students to application of machine systems and instrumentation to agricultural production and biological processing. Functional design and analysis of equipment. This course is designed to provide a broad foundation for understanding machine systems and instrumentation. Machine systems are an integral part of many agricultural operations from field production to post-harvest processing, storage, transportation, and bio-based processing.
