Catalog description

This course surveys major works of British literature from the Anglo-Saxon period to the Eighteenth Century (ca. 750- 1750). The emphasis will be on how literature demonstrates revolutionary ideas and innovations of the culture from which it emerges. This course will focus on the General Education theme of Revolutionary Ideas and Innovations.
