Catalog description

This course focuses on theories of learning, motivation, and adolescent development. It explores the multiple factors that contribute to the complexity of teaching and learning in diverse learning communities. Candidates are required to complete field experience in their credential content area as a course requirement. This is a service learning course. Prerequisites: Admitted to the Single Subject Credential program. Corequisite: EDSE 5800 or EDTE 5800 or EDSE 5810 or EDTE 5810 .
