This course is a study of the theories and policies of international economic development. Topics covered include: defining and measuring growth and development, theories of growth and development, poverty and income distribution, population growth, human capital investment, agricultural development, urbanization, role of the international sector, stabilization policy, and foreign aid and investment. Recommended: one Economics course.
