Catalog description

Introduction and Exploration of the basic principles using visual language in communication and graphic design. Examines how visuals influence our attention, perspectives, and understanding. Students are introduced to the graphic design process while developing skills in industry-standard tools and techniques. Students will create images and illustrations to convey information that interpret, instruct, persuade, or entertain. Prerequisite: completion of GE 1B
