Catalog description
Internships in computing and computer science, at an appropriate level for graduate credit, may be arranged with various agencies, businesses, or industries. Students will work with a faculty liaison (the course instructor) to coordinate assignments, work projects, readings, and other associated internship work used for academic evaluation and grading. The department will determine the number of credit units offered based off the expected number of hours of internship work. Course is repeatable up to a maximum of 9 units. However, only 3 units may be used for elective credit in the MS CS program.
