Catalog description

"Philosophy for Children (P4C): Practicum" is a practical training and service learning course that gives students an opportunity to develop and lead Philosophy for Children sessions at local libraries and elementary school classrooms. Participant in this practicum will research and review P4C methodologies, develop lessons plans, and facilitate P4C sessions, putting into practice the methodologies and insights of this emerging field of inquiry and area of practice. Carries credit in either PHIL 3620 or CAFS 3620 .
