Catalog description

Study of ecological interactions of organisms involving chemical communication. Specifically, students will learn about chemical involvement in inter/intraspecific communication in regard to feeding, pollination, host-plant selection, microbial interactions, defense, mate finding, and social communication. 150 minutes lecture and 150 minutes laboratory. Lab fee required.
