Catalog description
Physiochemical organization and function of microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, protozoa, helminths, and fungi. Concepts of pathogenic microbiology are emphasized in both lecture and laboratory. Not acceptable for the BS in Biology degree; acceptable for the Biology minor. 150 minutes lecture and 150 minutes laboratory. Lab fee required.
