Catalog description

An umbrella listing for any faculty supervised course of individual student research into selected topics of Art, Art History, or Art Education. Topic(s) to be studied will be approved by the professor prior to registration and should not repeat topics covered by existing course offerings. ART 4850 courses may only be taught by Art Department faculty. Materials fee may be required. May be repeated for credit with different topics up to a maximum of 18 units.
