Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students interested in archaeology and/or environmental studies with a background in the legislation and rules that govern the consideration of cultural resources in the context of environmental impact studies. Requirements regarding the disposition of human remains and coordination and consultation with Native Americans are also major topics of discussion.
