Catalog description

Critical Thinking in Biomedical Research is designed to develop students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills in biomedical research. The course will deliver basic molecular, cell biology technologies, and biostatistics related to experimental, public health, and observational studies. Lab demos will be provided. Team-based learning is implemented for research data/literature analysis and discussion. The goal of this course is to train the students on how to conceive research ideas, develop hypotheses, design methods, analyze data, and disseminate research results.
