Catalog description

Every iteration of this course will be organized around a different theme. We will include a wide range of cultural productions from Spain, such as films, popular genres, the press, political discourses, and other non-canonical texts and cultural artifacts related to culture as history. The cultural artifacts will be examined by using critical lenses including identity, race, ideology, power, class, andhistorical representation.
